We are looking for an experienced Site Manager (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) to lead all on-site construction activities for a large-scale photovoltaic project.

You will oversee civil works, mechanical assembly, and electrical installation and testing, ensuring that quality, safety, and deadlines are met throughout the project's lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all civil, mechanical, and electrical works on site.
• Supervise land preparation, structures, module installation, cabling, and commissioning.
• Plan and control manpower, equipment, and material resources.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and HSE rules.
• Track progress, report milestones, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure quality, schedule, and safety targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master's is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of site management experience in large industrial or solar projects (HV substations – advantage).
• Solid knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical construction for PV plants
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• ANRE authorization are advantages
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; scheduling or reporting tools are a plus.
