My Recruit is partnering with a global product organization building scalable platforms in the healthcare and scientific domains. The engineering team is distributed, product-oriented, and works in an Agile environment.

This is a Full Stack role with a backend emphasis, embedded within a product engineering team focused on developing and evolving complex platforms in domains with high standards for quality and reliability.

Working Model

Remote across Romania. Hybrid during onboarding period for Iasi and Cluj-Napoca.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and frontend applications
• Contribute to scalable and maintainable system design
• Work across different parts of the stack depending on team needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

Must-Have

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot — backend emphasis
• Strong experience with React — client-side rendering
• Solid engineering fundamentals and clean code practices
• Ability to adapt quickly to different technologies and domains
• Experience working in distributed teams and Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Golang
• DevOps basics — Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS
• Experience handling deployments and release processes
• Exposure to testing / QA / QE practices
• Familiarity with Tailwind or Graphene (in-house library)
• Exposure to SSR + Remix (legacy)
